The thermally broken aluminium frame reduces the risk of condensation and we recommend purchasing the optional battery back-up that enables continued opening or closing during a power cut. The external key-switch means that the electric roof windows can be closed if required while people are on the roof, but opened again from outside. Non-standard electric skylight sizes are available up to approximately 2 SqM (subject to width/length ratio) and come in a range of glass options include blue, grey or neutral solar control.
